My hair still feels rough even after my normal shampoo and conditioning routine. I think I have been using Henna completely wrong for years…likely the reason I have been stuck at the same length for years.

Just noticed because my hair was in AMAZING shape before using the Mask. More on my plan for an Ayurvedic reset in a future post.

Shampoo: Giovanni smooth as Silk
Conditioner: aphoghee 2 minute
Leave in : aphoghee green tea
Oil: mane choice…added a little olaplex bonding oil
Cream: Melanin Twist Elongating Cream
Style: 4 Flat Twist going up with pink rods in front
